Study On The Development Of The Tourism System In Hunan Province Based On The Self-organization Theory

As a major tourism region in China, Hunan province has attained significant achievements in the development of the tourism industry. But there are also challenges and threats to the development of the tourism industry. Facing these development problems, Hunan province have put forward the tourism building strategy, which means to realize the transformation from a province with abundant tourist resources to a province with strong tourist economy. Against the backdrop of the global financial crisis, exploring the problem of the future development of the tourism in Hunan province is becoming more remarkable.Tourism industry is a dynamic and open system, which contains many factors, including community, economic, culture, nature and so on. The evolutionary process is characterized by self organization. On the basis of system theory and the self organization theory, the paper studied the mechanism of the self-organized evolution of the tourism system, and analyzed the evolution situation of the tourism system in Hunan province through the factor analysis and grey relation analysis. Conclusions are as follows:1. The evolutionary process of the tourism system accords with the self organization characters. The tourism system runs with openness, equilibrium and random fluctuation. The interaction with competitive and synergetic traits, which are formed by the relationships between factors within the tourism system and between the system and the environment, is the internal power of the evolution of the tourism system. The evolution faces many bifurcation and choices, which affect the route of the evolution with the result of catastrophe and gradual changing. The tourism system runs as the hyper cycle mode.2. The tourism system of Hunan province conforms to the characters of the dissipative structures. It attains the most profound effects by support factor, industry management factor and attraction factor. The situation of the factor scores among 14 cities is quite different. The remarkable gap between Hunan and other areas illustrates that the overall tourism development level of Hunan province is still low.3. The interaction with competitive and synergetic traits among the support factor, industry management factor and attraction factor forms the power mechanism of the tourism system in Hunan province. And the system runs in the hyper cycle way. 4. There are problems in the development of the tourism system in Hunan province, such as low overall development level, weak synergy effect within the system, low cyclic utilization rate and difficult to realize catastrophe.As a result, the paper put forward the measures and suggestions containing increasing the government guidance, improve the synergy effect within the area and the departments, building the containable development mode and quickening the amalgamation of the tourism industry and the information industry.
