Research On The Application Of Lean Logistics In H Company From The Perspective Of Dual Industry Linkage

With the rapid growth of China’s economy and the continuous improvement of the level of residents, the demand for cars is increasing. Due to the financial crisis and the national policy, china’s automobile manufacturing industry is facing a number of issues. In order to meet the needs of market diversification and individuation, the number of automobile manufacturing enterprises have introduced the model of lean production and lean logistics also arises spontaneously. However, the logistics cost of China’s automobile manufacturing industry is high, the operation level is low, and the government attaches great importance to the development of the manufacturing industry and the logistics industry, with the combination of dual industry linkage development and lean logistics, integrated management technology and information technology,so that the product’s production cycle is short, low cost, high quality, meet customer demand, enhance their market competitiveness, and achieve good economic benefits, and can promote the development of the logistics industry, so that they achieve win-win.Article based on extensive literature research and discuss the contents of the relevant double-industry linkage and lean logistics at home and abroad. Firstly, a general description of the industrial linkage and lean logistics theory, which include the linkage of meaning and connotation of lean logistics industry, lean manufacturing Lean thinking and theory.Secondly, this paper analyzes the present situation and problems of H company, and puts forward the necessity of dual industry linkage, and constructed under the participation of the third party logistics H company lean logistics system. Finally, according to the construction of lean logistics system, the implementation of lean logistics strategy, mainly from the supplier inventory management, production and distribution process optimization, the optimization of the transport path and the establishment of recycling logistics system to study,and the effects were described after the implementation.
