Aiming at the problems of low level of logistics service,low operation efficiency and high cost in China,the 13th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Commercial Logistics puts forward the goal of improving quality,reducing cost and increasing efficiency of logistics industry.Lean logistics theory is in line with the development trend of modern logistics:focusing on customer demand,seeking value-added logistics services,eliminating waste,reducing costs and improving efficiency.Based on this,the paper analyses and combs the relevant literature of Lean Logistics,combines the relevant theory and concept of Lean Logistics,and puts forward the Lean Logistics System of "Three Leans and One Guarantee" in view of the existing problems of logistics enterprises."Three Leans" refers to the lean organizational structure,customer service and logistics operations,and "One Guarantee" refers to the implementation guarantee of lean logistics.Then,taking S company as an example,the paper introduces the basic situation of S company and analyses the problems existing in S company,such as:weak management foundation,low level of customer service,logistics operation needs to be improved,insufficient flexibility of resources,lack of training,lack of full participation and continuous improvement of cultural soil,etc.,and explains the necessity of implementing lean logistics in S company.Then,according to the actual situation of S company,the application of lean logistics in S company's operation and management is discussed.Specifically include:(1)Strengthen the lean organizational structure.With business process as the core,organizational structure should be established,centralized and decentralized management should be combined,and organizational structure should be streamlined.(2)Improve the level of customer service leaning.Focus on customer needs,strengthen customer relationship management,dig deeply customer information value,develop new products and new markets,attach importance to customer complaints,strengthen logistics service management and logistics quality management,and improve service level.(3)Implement lean logistics operations.Strengthen on-site management,create a good working environment;through business process optimization,equipment standardization and operation standardization,realize the standardization of operation;through improving the level of information technology,improve the efficiency of operation links.Next,it elaborates the guarantee of lean logistics in S company:improving the flexible management of resources,strengthening training management and continuous improvement.The results show that the implementation of "Three Leans and One Guarantee" lean logistics in logistics enterprises is a systematic process.According to the actual situation of enterprises,we should use appropriate methods and means to apply lean logistics to the operation and management of logistics enterprises.Taking customers as the center and eliminating all non-value-added logistics links can help logistics enterprises improve service level,reduce operating costs and improve operational efficiency.
