Application Of Logistics Optimization By Lean Produciton Theory In AIO Product

This paper introduces the lean logistic which is base on the theory of lean production.The research object is AIO product. It is research that how to realize the lean logistic bythe basis lean management theory. AIO product includes one motherboard, one displaycard and several small cards. They have different productivity, but their product still usethe original motherboard manufacture mode. It brings some problems, such as theunbalanced production line, low utilization about equipment, frequent moving, lowdriving and low customer satisfaction etc.This topic is implemented according to the lean logistics. Production-relatedpersonnel, machines, materials, methods, environmental factors are collected and relevantfactors are analyzed. This paper utilizes the value stream tool and process analysistechniques to analyze product process from preparation to Shipment, and identifyirrational process, to analysis the possibility of improvement and design improvingmeasures. The improving value flow chart is designed according to modularity preparingmaterials, modularityproduct and modularityshipment.At last, The lean logistic implement need to get below goal: Cut down the processlead time by 18%, promote productivity by 10%, decrease the defected rate by 5%,decrease finished goods'inventory by 5%, decrease process goods'inventory by10%,decrease martial goods'inventory by15% .
