The purpose is to provide lasting power for comprehensive economic and social development. However, from the current situation, our country is still facing many problems: the regional development is unbalanced, the agricultural development is relatively backward, and the integration of informatization level is not enough. There certain theoretical value and practical significance to study the “Four Modernizations†synchronous development strategy. This paper specifically selected 11 cities in Zhejiang province as the research object, from point to line to plane, comprehensively analyzed The “Four Modernizations†synchronous development strategy in zhejiang province.On the basis of large numbers of relevant literature and data, this paper first inductived and combed the connotation of the "Four Modernizations" and the relationship between the "four modernizations". Then it built a set of comprehensive evaluation index system for "Four Modernizations" through controlling and restraining the index range from the vertical and horizontal aspect, and it introduced the how to measure the level of The “Four Modernizations†synchronous development and constructed the spatial analysis model. Finally, the empirical analysis part took 11 cities of in Zhejiang Province as the research object, and studied its “Four Modernizations†synchronous development situation from 2004 to 2013. Then it respectively estimated the development level of each subsystem of "four modernizations" and the coordination degree of "four modernizations". On this basis, it calculated the developmental level of “Four Modernizations†synchronous development. Then comprehensively analyzed and interpreted “Four Modernizations†synchronous development in time and space of Zhejiang Province from the four point of view- the entire province, the northeast and southwest of Zhejiang and prefecture-level city. The empirical results show that the "four modernizations" comprehensive development level and the "four modernizations" coordinated development level in zhejiang province is in a state of slow development,also the industrialization level is higher; And the northeast of Zhejiang is superior to the southwest of Zhejiang on “Four Modernizations†synchronous development level. There exists regional development difference. But at the same time, there exists spatial correlation.On the basis of the above conclusion, this article put forward two policies to improve the “Four Modernizations†synchronous development level according to the characteristics of the development of Zhejiang Province. One is to improve the informationization and modernization of agriculture, including speeding up the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries and the construction of intelligent cities, perfecting the system of rural protection, etc; Second, giving full play to the advantages of spatial correlation, narrowing the regional difference in “Four Modernizations†synchronous development, including the construction of zhoushan free trade zone to strengthen the exchanges and cooperation, increasing the investment in relatively backward regions and the development of characteristic industry in developing areas. |
