With the development of the time, the growth of the population and the increase of the enterprise power, the demand for the petroleum is becoming higher. The development of the domestic resources and the development of the petroleum enterprises have become a hot topic.The “oil company” which is dominated by oil industry with a variety of management as the supplement is faced with many opportunities and challenges.Xian he production plant as the eastern old production plant has entered the last period of development, which has explored the path of “oil company”, haoxian administrative zone as one of the pilot units of oil fields in the professional management, through exploring the“four modernizations” construction of the old oil field which takes “the standardized design,the modular construction, standardized purchasing, the information processing” as the technical support as the oil company management mode, form the “four modernization”management mode with the characteristic of Shengli.This paper introduces the main situation of haoxian zone, including the ground engineering and management, and introduces the concrete plan from the aspects of oil and gas gathering engineering, water injection and water treatment as well as automatic control,environmental protection, and evaluate its economic profit and social benefit in the final, in the way provide some guidance for the construction of other old production plants.
