The Coordination Empirical Study Of Industrialization, Urbanization, Agricultural Modernization，Informationization Development For Guangdong Province

Promoting coordinated development of industrialization, urbanization andagricultural modernization and informatization, as a major task of building a well-offsociety in an all-around way and seeding up socialist modernization construction ofChina for the recent years, plays an important role in promoting long-term stable andrapid economic development and the progress of social harmony. This paper studiesthe the coordinated development of “four modernizations” in Guangdong province.Firstly this paper discusses the relationship between the “four modernizations”theoretically, holds that the “four modernizations” correlate and interact with eachother, develop through interaction. The“four modernization”realize the function ofpromoting economic development through interaction and correlation.Secondly, this paper empirically studies the coordination development of “fourmodernizations” of Guangdong Province, constructs the analysis and evaluation indexsystem of the “four modernizations”with combining the actual condition ofGuangdong Province on the basis of the existing models of indicator system, usingprincipal component analysis and analytic hierarchy process to select the main factorsand ensure the weight of the internal metric of subsystem, measure the comprehensiveevaluation score of the “four modernizations” subsystems. On this basis, the papercalculates the “four modernizations”system overall coordination degree andcoordination degree between systems. Empirical analysis shows that from2003to2012the ten years overall coordination level of “four modernizations”in GuangdongProvince is not high, the development of agricultural modernization system does notcoordinated with other three development urbanization and the development ofinformatization level coordination has a tendency to reduce.At last, this paper considers that Guangdong Province should take the strategy ofindustrialization promoting agricultural mechanization,electrification, informatizationpromoting agricultural modernization,to promote agricultural modernization ofurbanization, to speed up the development of agricultural modernization. And shouldfocus on strengthening the construction of urban informatization and further promoteintegration of informatization and urbanization at the same time.
