Measurement And Difference Analysis Of High-quality Development Level In Zhejiang Province

In October 2020,the fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee proposed that the economic and social development during the 14 th Five-year Plan period should take promoting high-quality development as the theme.After that,The State Council issued relevant policies to support the high-quality development and construction of common prosperity demonstration zone in Zhejiang.In view of this,this article choose the Zhejiang province as the research object and the case for further study,by measuring city Zhejiang province high-quality development level differences and analysis the influence factors of the difference of the current situation of the development of Zhejiang province is a scientific and objective evaluation,for high quality development,coordinate regional differences provide certain help.It provides reference for the overall improvement of the high-quality development level in underdeveloped areas.Firstly,based on the connotation and concept of high-quality development,this thesis constructs the evaluation system of high-quality development level of Zhejiang Province,and uses entropy method to calculate the high-quality development level of Zhejiang province from 2008 to 2020.Secondly,it divides Zhejiang into two regions,north Zhejiang and south Zhejiang,and then uses Theil index to measure and decompose the difference of Zhejiang province’s high-quality development level.Secondly,the spatial data analysis method is used to analyze the agglomeration of cities in Zhejiang Province from the perspective of spatial correlation,and to investigate the spatial difference of the high-quality development level of each city.Finally,the spatial correlation was introduced into the spatial econometric model,and compared with the results of traditional OLS model,to empirically analyze the causes of the high-quality development level differences in different regions of Zhejiang Province.Results show that(1)in Zhejiang Province high-quality development measure overall score is increasing,but the quality between different areas,there is obvious difference in the development,score higher in basic,located in the north of the low scores were mostly located in the southern region,on the whole Zhejiang Province around the spatial difference of the quality is reasonable,more balanced development.(2)The change of the overall difference in Zhejiang Province can be divided into two major stages.From the changes of these two stages,the change trend of the overall difference can be attributed to the "7" type of fluctuation.On the whole,the internal differences in north Zhejiang look like " (?)" shape.For south Zhejiang,the variation trend of regional difference and overall difference is basically the same.However,there are great differences in the level of high-quality development in north Zhejiang,and the imbalance of development is more serious.(3)According to Moran’s I index,there is a significant spatial correlation between regional high-quality development in Zhejiang Province.Among them,northern Zhejiang can be called the "higher level" area of high-quality development in Zhejiang Province,and it forms a "dividing line" with southern Zhejiang in space.Lishui and Wenzhou are the "low-low" cold spots of high-quality development in the south of Zhejiang Province,indicating that the southern region of Zhejiang Province is located in the agglomeration area with low level of high-quality development,which is not conducive to the further development of high-quality development.(4)The spatial correlation exists in the high-quality urban development in Zhejiang Province,so the spatial model is introduced.After the comparative analysis of all the models,it can be found that the traditional regression model and spatial error model can not well fit the high-quality development of Zhejiang Province.The fitting effect of spatial lag model is better.Finally,the analysis shows that the contribution of shared development to high-quality development is the main factor,followed by innovation factors.Geographical location and open development have certain contribution to high-quality development of Zhejiang Province.
