Research On Delicacy Management Of Fine Financial Cost Control In A Power Engineering Company

The development of modern enterprise can not be separated from the cost control. Under the influence of the market competition mechanism, the enterprise’s profit space is gradually reduced, so each enterprise begins to work on the compression cost, in order to expand the profit space. At the same time, the theory of cost management is constantly developing. Delicacy management has played an effect in product quality, service management and other aspects, which focus on the refinement of management processes, reduce the occupancy of the management resources, etc., so that it has almost consistent with the financial cost control objectives and direction of work. Therefore, this paper focuses on how to apply the delicacy management way to the financial cost control, the use of fine management approach to the financial cost control work, and to optimize the financial cost control, improve the quality of financial cost management, section about management costs, and ultimately achieve the goal of controlling the cost of enterprise.At First, This paper introduces the research background and significance of the fine financial cost control, introduces the main research tasks and contents of the paper, and then introduces the theoretical basis of the financial cost control and delicacy management, and finds out the combination of them, find out the possibility of the financial cost control. And then take the A electric power engineering company as an example to further introduce the application of the delicacy management on financial cost control in the enterprise, focus on how to improve the financial cost control of A power engineering company, and put forward specific measures. Finally, I hope this paper can provide a new way of thinking for the enterprise financial cost control.
