Electric power engineering industry is our traditional industry,which plays an important role in the development of our country and is also an important cornerstone of the development of various industries.However,with the development of economy,the innovation of technology,the diversification of market demand and the fierce competition of the industry,the traditional management mode of the industry in the past can not adapt to the changes of the economic environment,resulting in enterprises unable to achieve cost control due to inadequate management,and the decline of operating efficiency.Therefore,traditional enterprises need to integrate new ideas into management,solve the problems existing in the organizational structure of enterprises,realize the management of enterprises and cost control,reduce costs and increase efficiency on the basis of creating profits,improve operational efficiency,and lay a solid foundation for the sustainable development of enterprises.Cost control is a tool,and the system of industry-finance integration is a new kind of thinking.Through the integration of industry and finance,it can effectively integrate the resources of various departments,improve the system of enterprises,improve the cost management mode,and realize the maximization of the interests of enterprises.S company is an electric power construction enterprise in our province.In recent years,there has been a serious loss,and the Ministry of Finance can not achieve cost control.Therefore,this paper takes S company as a case study,based on the investigation of S company by the tutor research group during the postgraduate period,to understand the current situation of S company's operation management mode and its cost control,and to find out the imperfection of its management system and the misplacement of management between financial and business departments,which lead to the ineffective financial management of enterprises.Based on the investigation of the research group,this paper summarizes the existing problems of S company from three aspects: its organizational system,financial system and business system,and points out that the biggest reason for the inadequate management of S company is the separation of business and finance in enterprise management,which is also the problem of many enterprises in China.Therefore,this paper summarizes the experience of enterprise financial integrationmanagement model,proposes financial integration mechanism,based on the thinking of financial integration,respectively,puts forward solutions to the organizational system,financial system and business system of S company.Based on the integration mechanism of industry and finance,improve the budget and accounting mechanism of S company,let financial personnel participate in the business process,through the information system,industry and finance integration group,through the integration of business and finance,solve the existing problems of S company.Through the pilot project of S Company,the project cost data before and after the integration of industry and finance are obtained.The effect of the implementation of the integration is illustrated through the data.Through optimizing the organizational system and fine management,all departments can jointly control the cost,which provides reference for improving the cost control mode of our enterprises.
