Research On The Cost Control Of Electric Power Engineering Project In HS Company

Power industry is an important energy industry in China,and power construction enterprises play an important role in power industry.The industry began to reform in 2002,after 15 years of continuous exploration,in order to better adapt to the rapid development of market economy as well.Many power construction enterprises separated from the state monopoly,they began to go their own way,at the same time they faced the grim challenge of survival of the fittest.To HS Company as a representative of some electric power construction enterprises,they have gradually gained a foothold in the environment of market economy through the industry reshuffle and the reform of the system.But there are also many historical problems.Especially in recent years,there are more and more open tendering projects,and now they have become the leading mode of bidding.It is imminent to improve the competitiveness of enterprises,and the profit of HS companies is more and more thin in this competition mechanism,even individual projects still have the phenomenon of loss,it is worth thinking of the management of the company.This paper focuses on how to increase the benefits of enterprises through cost control.This article takes HS company as the research object,based on the actual situation of HS company.To solve the problem that the HS company has always existed in cost control respectively from the perspective of personnel management,the system management,and the improvement of cost management method.It aims to increase the economic benefits of enterprises by using the scientific methods to increase income and reduce expenditure and improve the efficiency of construction.And it will be combined with the example of a 110 KV substation reconstruction project to illustrate the importance of cost accounting for cost control.The cost accounting method which is mainly applied in this paper is two important methods of earned value analysis and target cost.Using scientific management means to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises,expand the share of enterprises,and finally realize the maximization of economic benefits.At the same time,through the study of HS in this paper,it can provide some reference for the same industry,same scale,and similar business model.
