| Employee satisfaction is an important part of modern enterprise management.Faced with increasingly fierce talent competition,improving employee satisfaction,stimulating employee work enthusiasm,making good use of the existing employee team and giving full play to their important value become the key to enterprise human resources management.It is an important method to master employee satisfaction by questionnaire survey.Through questionnaire survey,we can grasp the status quo of employee satisfaction and find out the main factors that lead to the low efficiency of employees.We can put forward corresponding countermeasures to improve employee satisfaction,and then improve the overall efficiency and performance of enterprises.Company A is an Internet company mainly based on sales.At present,the overall employee satisfaction is not high,but the turnover rate is still high,which has become a prominent problem to be solved in front of Company A.On the basis of synthesizing the core theory of employee satisfaction,this paper conducts an anonymous and comprehensive survey on the employees of Company A by means of questionnaires,and finds out the current situation of employee satisfaction of Company A.The data of the survey are sorted out,excavated and analyzed by statistical analysis method,and the problems existing in employee satisfaction of Company A are found out and the causes are analyzed.Combining with the reality of human resource management and aiming at these problems,this paper puts forward five countermeasures and suggestions to improve the employee satisfaction of Xi’an 58 Tongcheng A Agent Company from five aspects: optimizing the work reward mechanism,paying attention to the employee’s career development,improving the working environment of employees,improving the performance management system and improving the management level of the company.This study is of great practical significance for A company to establish a high level of satisfaction and positive working attitude staff.At the same time,it is conducive to improving the overall performance level of the company,providinguseful reference for domestic internet companies in the same industry,meanwhile,this paper’s research finding is useful for A company’s sustainable development. |
