| The low level of front-line employee satisfaction will have a negative impact on the enterprise.For example,the poor operating conditions,the loss of personnel,and the burden of increasing grass-roots investment.Based on various papers,the research on front-line employee satisfaction is very important to enterprises.Company A,as an established pharmaceutical giant,is also troubled by the urgent need to improve the satisfaction of front-line employees.Company A is experiencing a different competitive landscape in China than in overseas markets.China’s generic drugs and the challenges of the medical insurance system have seriously tested the working ability of grassroots employees.As the group with the largest number of people in company A,the front-line employees have low job-satisfaction issue,which has a bad impact on the future improvement of company A and also improves the management problems of the human resources department.This article firstly introduces the two theories related to employee satisfaction,which provides a solid theoretical basis for the analysis of the full text.Equity theory contains working feelings,personal development,work environment,interpersonal relationship and two-factor theory.Equity theory and two-factor theory both provide theoretical basement for the model of the paper.Then,a questionnaire survey was used on the job-satisfaction of front-line employees of Company A from the six dimensions of work experience,which are working feelings,personal development,work environment,interpersonal relationship,pay fairness and procedural fairness.The reasons behind the satisfaction problems of front-line employees were discovered.The problem is mainly caused by pay fairness,personal development and interpersonal relationship & handling of employee dissatisfaction.Finally,this paper puts forward three targeted countermeasures,mainly from the company’s policy support to improve the work direction of front-line employees.Secondly,the company will invest 1 million construction funds to rebuild the training system for front-line employees,and finally rebuild the internal transfer and promotion system,and stipulate that internal transfer and promotion can be completed within 6 steps to comprehensively improve the front-line staff of Company A employee satisfaction.The theoretical usage of this paper is to provide some references for future research on the use of two theories in related fields of pharmaceutical companies through the research on countermeasures to improve the satisfaction of front-line employees of Company A.The practical usage is that through this study on improving the satisfaction of front-line employees of Company A,the problem of satisfaction of front-line employees of Company A can be solved,and some solutions can be provided for related pharmaceutical and biological enterprises if they encounter similar problems. |
