Through analysis, we found that the current macro background and industry background are conducive to the further development of the RFX company, its internal resources and capabilities have the pros and cons,which is still higher than the industry average. It can be said for the RFX company, currently outside the opportunities outweigh the challenges, internal strengths outweigh the disadvantages. On the basis of SWOT analysis, the paper argues that the most appropriate RFX company’s competitive strategy is differentiated competitive strategy. RFX company should pursue product differentiation, service differentiation and marketing differentiation, and establish a series of safeguards to ensure the effective implementation of differentiation strategy. According to orporate culture, human resources, organizational operations, financial management and other aspects, a more comprehensive strategy for enterprise security system is required to be established. The innovation of this paper focuses on the internal and external environment of the RFX company,and proposed that differentiated competitive strategy is more suitable for RFX company. And on this basis, this paper also proposed to ensure the implementation of the RFX differentiation strategy from product differentiation, service differentiation and marketing differentiation in three aspects.
