With the development of China's economy,the equipment manufacture in China is also undergoing transformation and upgrading,from the original manufacturing enterprises to the intelligence and information,step into the "industry 4.0" era.The decision of the state council on accelerating the cultivation and development of strategic emerging industries has made it clear that smart manufacturing equipment should be included in the areas and directions of key development."4.0" and "2025" made in China have issued,will further promote the two fusion,intelligent manufacture of the world's fourth time the industrial revolution,will actively promote the transformation of manufacturing to intelligent,informatization.High-end equipment manufacturing has become a top priority.As a supplier of high-end intelligent equipment in China,Shandong TLD company has rapidly developed during the period of "twelfth five-year".at the same time,the company in business development and internal management,the core technology needs to improve and develop.In the new development situation,Shandong TLD company must make constant analysis according to the domestic high-end equipment manufacturing industry of the change of market environment and internal resource conditions,choose the competitive strategy suitable for Shandong TLD company,implement enterprise's sustainable development.This paper takes Shandong TLD company's competitive strategy as the research object,using two kinds of analysis tools:PEST and five forces model to analyze the internal and external environment of the company.The external environment is analyzed from macro environment analysis,industry environment analysis and competitive environment analysis.And The internal environment is analyzed from five aspects:production management,technology research and development,financial guarantee,marketing ability and human capital structure,and the opportunities and problems of the company are obtained.And analyze the enterprise advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,threats and build the SWOT matrix.Then the SWOT analysis tools are used to integrate the above analysis results,and the centralized competitive strategy scheme suitable for the development of the company is obtained.Finally,to ensure the smooth implementation of competitive strategy,formulate the targeted strategy implementation of the strategic implementation,safeguard measures and countermeasures to promote the continuous development of companies,and for other companies within the industry planning enterprise competition strategy provides a certain reference and guidance.
