Shandong QFXC company is the world's largest decorative base paper,surface wear paper,non-woven wallpaper base paper production enterprises,products exported to more than 30 countries and regions.As a private enterprise,the company has been evaluated by the China paper association as a banner of China's paper industry,a typical example of the specialty paper industry,and the company was also named as China's top 100 potential enterprises by Forbes.In recent years,enterprises have begun to actively explore industrial transformation and upgrading.On the one hand,the implementation of lean management,from the procurement,production,sales and other links to reduce costs,increase enterprise revenue;On the other hand,accelerate innovative research and development,actively develop new products,especially multi-purpose special paper,to explore the potential market.During this period,the company explored from product research and development,performance management and other aspects,and made certain achievements.But many questions remain: where are the future business opportunities.What are the development advantages and constraints that enterprises have.What kind of business will it be in the future.What kind of strategic goal should the enterprise development set? What are the business development priorities in the future.How to ensure the implementation of corporate strategy.Behind these problems,it reflects the deep thinking of Chinese enterprises on how to become stronger by being bigger,and it is also the realistic dilemma faced by many Chinese nterprises,especially private enterprises.In terms of the layout,the author expounds the theories related to strategic management used.The analysis of the internal and external environment of the enterprise is based on the conventional way PEST method.In view of the internal environment,from the product structure,organization structure,human resources,resource and ability to diagnose,combining with the corporate mission and vision,using the SWOT matrix optional multiple of the enterprise development strategy is analyzed,put forward suitable for Shandong QFXC company development strategy,in order to make clear direction of development and resource allocation,prompting Shandong QFXC company on the road to healthy and sustainable development.Finally,this paper attempts to formulate measures to ensure the implementation of the strategy,so as to ensure the implementation of the development strategy.The author tries to make a study of the enterprise,which can be usedas a reference for the construction of major projects for the transformation of old drivers into new ones.
