With the development of China’s "dual carbon" economy and the pursuit of"green","nutritious" and other healthy life,the material living standard of Chinese people is gradually moving towards high quality.More and more young people are keen on the good consumption feelings brought by leisure food,such as convenient and delicious,happy entertainment and so on,which makes the leisure food industry usher in the rapid development.Compared with other industries,the leisure food industry has low entry threshold,but due to the large market size and variety of products,the industry competition has always been very fierce.Dali Food Group Co.,LTD.(hereinafter referred to as "Dali Food Company")was established in 1989.After 30 years of development,it has become a landmark enterprise in the leisure food industry and has a certain scale of operation in the country.However,at present,the leisure food industry products are rapidly updated and iterated,and the industry products are seriously homogenized.At the same time,affected by the COVID-19 epidemic,Dali Food Company is facing the impact of the upgrading of consumer demand and intensified competition in the industry,especially in product innovation and unbalanced development of business structure,which restrict the development of the enterprise.Facing such a competitive environment,how to seek the long-term development strategy of the enterprise according to the product characteristics and the current economic environment and market demand is an urgent problem to be solved for Dali Food Company.Based on strategic management theory,competitive strategic management theory and common strategic analysis tools(Porter’s Five Forces model,three competitive strategies,SWOT analysis),this paper analyzes the development status of leisure food industry in China and the development of Dali Food Company.Besides,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the external macro environment,industry environment and internal environment of the enterprise by using PEST analysis,porter five model analysis tools,the value chain model and VRIO model.The external opportunities and threats faced by the enterprise as well as the competitive advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise are comprehensively obtained through SWOT analysis.Therefore,this paper suggests that Dali Food Company implements the competitive strategy of differentiation.In order to help enterprises implement the differentiated competition strategy,this paper further puts forward specific product differentiation and brand differentiation strategies,and puts forward the implementation path of relevant strategies and relevant safeguard measures,to provide reference and reference for the long-term sustainable development of Dali Food Company. |
