Studies On Construction Of Logistics Park Planning In Yangling Demonstration Zone

Modern logistics industry is a logistics operation system integrating technology modernization, function completion, systematic goal, operation standardization, rationalization, and development of scientific management.Government promotes economic growth by modern logistics, whose deveolpment is closely related to effective support platform system. Thus a reasonable planning and cultivating logistics park construction is more important. There exists certain blindness and rashness in Yangling demonstration zone in recent years in the selction and construction of logistics park, whixh restricts the development of logistics industry in the Yangling Demonstration Zone. In fact, the logistics park construction is a comprehensive system involving many factors related to industry development, the regionioanl industrial division level and coordination mechanism, the market infrastructure supporting ability and so on. Hence a forward-looking and practical logistics park planning is of great significance.Yangling Agricultural High-tech Industries Demonstration Zone, a sub core city in the Guanzhong- Tianshui economic zone, is located some 80 km away from Xi ’an and Baoji with superior geographical environment. It is also an importance city in the new Eurasia land bridge relying on the highway system, linking Xianyang, Lianyungang, and Qingdao port etc. According to the railway system development plan, Yangling will be the largest freight station between Xi ’an and Baoji with complete support system. Preliminary location advantages of developing modern logistics industry, industry and resources has already coming into being.But Yangling also faces challenges in developing logistics park, affecting its economic development. Firstly Yangling demonstration zone has a slow pace in developing economics due to its location, less population, low urbanization, unreasonable resources utilization, severely limiting the development of commerce. Lack of effective support from leading enterprises and the decentralized traditional operating mode of small-scale enterprises are still restraining commercial circulation. Secondly the construction of logistics park is relatively lagging behind. Backward commercial infrastructure, poor supporting services, incomplete urban and rural road network inside and outside the zone, uncompatible transport between railway and higway, unsound logistics facilities and function in the market, high running cost of trade circulation enterprises and the lack of competitiveness affect the logistics park development and construction.Based on the above judgment and the development of logistics based on the background and conditions, planning and construction of logistics park in Yangling, the importance and urgency of market environment analysis of Yangling modern logistics park planning, comprehensive logistics park planning, strategy and function orientation, content planning, design integrated logistics park information management platform in Yangling has been put forward with countermeasures and suggestions provided to promote the development of Yangling integrated logistics park.This thesis includes four parts: The first part is the introduction, the first chapter. It mainly centeres around the characteristics of logistics park development planning, combining the geographical environment with resources conditions of the Yangling demonstration zone. Reseach problems, purposes and specific research results have been made clear. On the basis of analyzing the related literature on logistics park planning, the research plan is formulated.The second part, chapter 2, yangling logistics park construction planning goal and function of position,. Systematic analysis of yangling demonstration zone construction of logistics park development planning objectives and the status of development and function, mission requirements for the construction of yangling demonstration zone.The third part,chapters 3 and 4, yangling logistics park construction planning environment and information platform construction. Based on construction planning idea of the previous papers, analyzes yangling environmental conditions of the construction of the logistics park, on the basis of SWOT analysis method of system evaluation of the construction of logistics park in yangling’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges, design the logistics park in yangling integrated information management platform.The fourth part, chapter 5, provides the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of modern logistics industry in Yangling. The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions have been put forward aiming at inhibiting factors and direction in park planning.This paper, on the basis of existing research results, combining with the basis of logistics industry development condition in Yangling demonstration zone, geographical environment, as well as the potential for the development of modern logistics park with the strategy, proposes the reference for logistics park planning in Yangling demonstration zone, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
