The Study Of Economic Development Policies About Yangling Demonstration Zone

Yangling Demonstration Zone was raised in the center of the Guanzhong plain, Shaanxi Province. It is well-known as one of important birthplace of Chinese farming civilization. It was established to solve the modern agricultural development in arid and semi-arid areas across China, also called the state mission. Therefore, it have got congenital and acquired weakness from its location and policies. In Jan 12 th, 2010, the state Council distributed the official reply of Supporting the Construction of Yangling Agricultural Hi-tech Industrial Demonstration Zone. Under the requirements of the official reply, Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee and Shaanxi provincial government put forward 19 Suggestions including ‘Hi-Tech Yangling, Talent Yangling, Garden Yangling, Rich Yangling’ on the implementing the policies of official reply of State Council about the better developing Yangling Demonstration Zone. This paper will find out the policies that can boost Yangling Demonstration Zone’s development via the analysis about all policies above, and give some suggestions for the development in less developed areas.There are six parts consisted in this paper: topic chosen background of the paper, function, research ideas, the including of related research about this topic at home and abroad will be written in Part 1. Part 2 will present the theory about regional economy development and policies. There will be the course of development in Yangling Demonstration Zone and the influence of policies in Part 3. The inspirations will come out via the introduction of the Ruhr Area, Portland City, Suzhou about their developing course at Part 4. The fiscal policies and industrial policies of suggestions will be given in Part 5 to promote economic development of Yangling Demonstration Zone. The author will provide the thinking that worth to be referenced by northwest area even all inland in China at the last part.
