Research On The Development Of The Agricultural Information In Yangling Demonstration Zone

The agricultural information is union of the traditional agriculture management way and the modern high tech method, and it is effective seepage from the information technology to the agricultural domain, which also is up to now the agricultural development highest stage. The agricultural information is a large-scale integrating systems engineering, which includes the follow feature,such as highly crowded knowledge, the technical difficulties, and the high equipment requests. Besides it is a social developing process which is along with the modern agriculture at the same time .This paper introduced the development of agricultural information both at home and abroad especially Yangling Demonstration Zone. Summed up the Inspiration of the development of agricultural information abroad and the experience of the domestic information technology's development for some enlightenment. Focusing on the role of the government, information services system construction, the Talents of agriculture and information technology, and other aspects of the software building, studied and comprehensive analysis the current development of agricultural information and the serve model existed of Yangling Demonstration Zone .Proposed the problems of the Development of agricultural information in Yangling Demonstration Zone, and give out countermeasures of these problems.This paper contents four parts: the first part prepare for the study of Yangling agricultural information. It analyzed the condition and the experiences of the development of agricultural information from the domestic and abroad two aspects. Proposed the inspiration of the development of Yangling Demonstration Zone domestically and internationally. This part manifested mainly in the first chapter. The second part mainly analyzed the current condition of Yangling Agricultural High-Tech Industries Demonstration Zone, including agricultural information of the channels of information, information resources and the main mode - stem-mode of Yangling Agricultural information Service . This part manifested mainly in the chapter III. The third part analyzed the obstacles and the problems to the development of Yangling. Proposed the major problerms of agricultural information exists as : the breadth and depth of agricultural information not enough ,the agricultural information can not reach the hands of farmers smoothly, the role of the government in agricultural information was not significant ,the agricultural information infrastructure is relatively backward, insufficient input ,the Agricultural Information Talents is in shortage; the obvious contradiction between the supply and demand of agricultural information, and the analysis of information is inadequate .At the sametime,it proposed that the weak of the concept of information of agricultural information,government departments fragmentation, the lack of unified information standards, legislation stay care and policy guidance; agricultural information infrastructure has remained relatively stagnant ,their low educational level and the quality of information is the main obstacles of the development of agricultural information of Yangling Demonstration Zone.this part reflected in the fourth chapter of the article. The fourth part of the article based on the current issue and the obstacles , put forth the fundamental principles of agricultural information of Yangling Demonstration Zone , the long-term goals of the development of the agricultural information,leading role the government play in the agricultural information, strengthening the role of agricultural colleges and universities in agriculture information technology, draw up a unified, viable plan and programs of agricultural information, make intensify efforts and other measures to resolve the "last mile" problems of agricultural information , it is embodied in the fifth chapter.
