Research On Agricultural Scientific Technology Extension Of The Enterprise In Yangling Demonstration Zone

It is the important measure to tackle the three issue-agriculture, countryside and former, depending on the transferring, extension and application of the agricultural technology, building the modern agriculture and socialism new countryside. Being the only agricultural hi-tech demonstration zone nation wide in China, how to transfer the technology, develop the technical enterprise, enhance the demonstrative technical extension ability, boost the countryside development, and improve the former'income, is the vital task given by the central government.Based on the advantage of scientific technology research and industry, this paper systematically analyses the problems which related to the technology transferring, enterprise developing, new technology extension in Yangling, by concluding and referring the experiences both domestic and aboard, guided by the technical extension theory, and the general principal, pattern, operative mechanism and countermeasure are propos led according to the requirements of the socialism new countryside building policy and the local industry further development .There are five parts in this paper as the following:Chapter 1: The background, purpose, significance and current study both domestic and abroad are mentioned, and the principal and method are proposed as the basic function for research.Chapter 2: basic related agricultural technical extension theories are mentioned, and the frame theory and communication, behavior changing and innovation extension theory are explained.Chapter 3: The current situation and problem of the agricultural technology transferring and extension in Yangling. This paper concludes the achievement which local enterprises reached in the past, and points out the shortness of the integrate progressing plan on the technical extension ,the shortage on the financial input of technology transferring, and the lankness of talents, less competitive innovation ability, urgent intellectual property protection in Yangling.
