Optimization Research On The Industrial Structure Of Yangling Demonstration Zone

Upgrading of industrial structure to a region’s economic development plays an important role and it is the inexhaustible driving force of a region’s economic development. How to optimize the industrial structure to promote the sustainable development of economic is problems that every country and even the government at all levels need to think about. As a key national agricultural demonstration zone, Yangling demonstration pushes hard mission of agricultural sustainable development in arid and drought. To optimize the upgrade of the industrial structure can promote further economy development, and make due contributions to China’s modern and new agricultural development.This article uses the dynamic deviation- share analysis of the traditional model and spatial model, analyzing three times industrial structure development advantages and disadvantages of the demonstration area. Through researching on the industrial structure, the article analyses the existing problems and provides scientific and rational countermeasures and suggestions for the demonstration area in the future regional economic development. This thesis mainly includes the following several parts:(1).Related theories of industrial structure.This part defines the related concept of the industrial structure and firstly introduces the evolution law of industrial structure and how to select the leading industry. Next to the evolution of China’s industry and regional industry layout has carried on the detailed elaboration, laid a theoretical basis for industrial structure optimization of the demonstration area.(2).Current situation and problems of the industrial structure. In Yangling demonstration zone, it analysis the economic basis of industry development, the industrial development and policy system advantages, the science of regional industry development and the environment basis of industry development. To demonstration area at the same time it compares and analysis the present development of three industrial structure and has a clear understanding about the three times industry structure of the Yangling demonstration zone.(3).This paper focuses on the empirical analysis part. By using the dynamic deviation- share analysis of the traditional model and spatial model, the study finds out the advantages and disadvantages of the three industrial structure in Yangling demonstration zone and the effect of three industrial structure in adjacent area.As a typical representative of national agricultural demonstration zone, Yangling demonstration industrial competitiveness relative to the three industries in shaanxi province and adjacent area industry is at a competitive advantage. As a demonstration of the adjacent area of xi ’an, Xianyang, Baoji first industry and the tertiary industry doesn’t give active and positive impact Yangling demonstration area. As a typical representative of national agricultural demonstration zone, Yangling demonstration zone in the regional economic development needs to further optimize its industrial structure, cultivating new special advantage agriculture, closely strengthening cooperation and exchanges with the second industry and the adjacent area. Yangling demonstration zone needs to keep agricultural technology advantage at the same time vigorously develop the tertiary industry, especially the leisure agriculture tourism and financial services, ensuring the quality and efficiency under the premise of steady development.
