The labor dispatch is a very special employment relationship,because labor dispatch agencies and the dispatched staff is not a simple between employment and the employment relationship between the employer and the labor dispatch mechanism is only responsible for hiring,but the labor dispatch staff for employer,and the employer does not need to recruit staff.It is because of the complex relations among the third parties,resulting in the interests of employees affected by the loss,the labor dispatch employees to rights,because the relationship between the rights and obligations between the three parties to the labor dispute,more difficult to solve.This article takes Jilin city of Jilin Province as the research object,based on field survey as the main form,mainly in order to understand the social insurance situation of the,through field investigation of more than 10 enterprises in Jilin Province,Jilin City Economic Development Zone,found the local labor dispatch employees in the social insurance on the issue,according to the basic analysis of the causes of the possible future consequences and the chaos.Put forward personal suggestions and solutions,and strive to change the current Jilin city labor dispatch employees social insurance confusion,guide services and provide a theoretical basis for the dispatch of market and social insurance system to the benign direction.In this paper,based on in-depth study of related social insurance theory and labor law in China,based on fieldwork as the main research method,we take questionnaires,interviews and data analysis.After careful observation and comparison,induction,deduction and other mathematical methods,we get more objective and real data,and find out the lack of Jilin's labor dispatch staff in the social insurance system.There are three main aspects of the problem: first,the way to safeguard the rights of the labor dispatch staff is hard;second,the rights and interests of the labor dispatch staff are not guaranteed.Third,the problem of different pay for labor dispatch staff is outstanding.Based on the above reasons,the insured situation we should improve the system improvement in the labor dispatch staff to join a union rights difficult problem,improve and strengthen government management,improve the refinement of the standard four aspects of equal pay for equal work,solve the labor dispatch employees social insurance rights and interests damaged problem.
