The coordination of land use system and social economic system, is directly related to the quality of social and economic development in the county, and relates the sustainable development of land use and social economy in the county. "Two type society" and "beautiful countryside" are based on the theory of sustainable development, and then put forward the resource saving and environment friendly society. Under this background, the study on the material metabolic effects of land use change in Linli county is conducive to the rational allocation of land resources and improve the efficiency of material metabolism.Based on the summary of research status at home and abroad and the basic theory on the basis, using the land use change quantitative model analyses land use quantity, structure and degree,using the material flow analysis method accounts the material metabolism, and using canonical correlation model and regression analysis model analyses the metabolism effect of land use change,finally this paper analyses metabolism effect of land use changes in linli County from 2009 to 2013.The main research results are as follows:(1 Agricultural and unused land overall showed a decreasing trend.Construction land, land use structure information entropy, land use degree index,land use types and land distribution equilibrium degree presents growth trend.Mutual transformation exists among cities,towns, residential, industrial and mining land and traffic land.(2)In the view of material input, DMI in Linli County presents overall trend of increasing, in which Local mining accounted for the largest; TMR overall showed an increasing trend, in which local extraction hidden stream accounted for the largest proportion. The difference between DMI and TMR is the largest in 2010, and presents an increasing trend in other year.(3)In the view of material output,DMO showed an increasing trend year by year, in which derived quantities and dissipative material showed an increasing trend year by year; TMO showed an increasing trend year by year, in which DMO and export hidden flow showed an increasing trend year by year, but hidden flow presents bigger increasing trend compared with DMO. The difference between TMO and DMO also showed an increasing trend year by year, showing that the speed of production technology is slow comparing the economic growth rate.(4)In the view of material efficiency, MP in Linli county has fluctuated, but the overall trend is upward. The trend of the change of MCI is consistent with TMR. In a certain extent, the economic development in Linli county is the premise of the environmental cost.(5)In the view of land use change and metabolism effect, first, DMI increase with the increase of construction land dynamic degree, towns, rural residence, industrial land and traffic land;and increase with the reduction of agricultural land dynamic degree,unused land dynamic degree, cultivated land and garden plot. Secondly, DMO is inversely correlated to construction land dynamic degree,and is proportional to cultivated land dynamic degree, unused land dynamic degree and land use degree index.Land use degree index increased 1.39 million tons. Thirdly, MP is inversely proportional to urban, rural residence, industrial land and traffic land,and is proportional to cultivated land, garden land and land use degree index.Land use degree index increase by 1%,MP increase 0.5833yuan/million tons.Fourthly, MCI is proportional to and land use degree index,urban, agricultural, industrial and mining, transportation land, and is inversely proportional to the cultivated land and the plot.Based on the above results and analysis, proposes the suggestions:(1) Implement the cultivated land protection and use zoning system strictly, and strive to ensure that the red line of cultivated land and ecological red line; (2) Optimize the land utilization structure, adjust the industrial structure; (3) To improve the intensive utilization of land, increase GDP per energy consumption.
