The Research On Evaluation And Prediction Of New Urbanization Development Level In Liaoning

The new urbanization is the inevitable choice of China's social and economic development environment,is the inevitable requirement of economic and social transformation,and is the only way to solve the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.Liaoning province is China resources and agricultural province,an old industrial base,is also one of the earliest Chinese opening-up policy,the coastal provinces,the new Chinese industrial rise cradle.Industrial restructuring,ecological environment management,resource depletion,urban and rural disparities and other issues to be resolved,and further promote the construction of new urbanization is crucial to Liaoning.It is a prerequisite for the development of urban development planning to evaluate and predict the development level of urbanization in Liaoning province objectively and reasonably.This article from the economic development,infrastructure,ecological balance,urban and rural areas,the five aspects of resource security,in-depth analysis of the development of the logical relations between the main city and interaction,puts forward the ecological balance theory "tree city" model based on the model system to view the city from the view of ecology,the ecological balance theory extends to the inner city by combing the concept of internal body,city system and coordination,resources security and ecological balance in the same position,and the construction of the index system.In order to reduce the subjectivity of constructing the index system,the index system was built by selecting 30 indexes,on the basis of Liaoning Province in2015 14 city data,using SPSS software for principal component analysis on the index system,streamline the removal of redundant indexes,determined the index system for Liaoning province.In 2015,the data of 14 provinces in Liaoning Province as an example,through the construction of grey relational matrix,and the improved entropy method of objective weighting index,calculate the target sequencing evaluation for each city in Liaoning province with grey weight relation comprehensive evaluation method.Based on the data of 2004-2014 in Liaoning Province,the time series of Liaoning province was evaluated,and the grey GM(1,1)was used to forecast and put forward some suggestions for improvement.The results show that the new urbanization in Liaoning province and there are imbalances: there is a gap between the outer city,the overall level is not high,including Dalian,Shenyang Chaoyang correlation degree is relatively high,the worst;the city economy,infrastructure,ecological balance,urban and rural resources safety,the imbalance in the development of Liaoning Province in recent 10 years.It also puts forward somesuggestions to optimize the industrial structure,strengthen the development of service industry,promote the construction of urban agglomeration and characteristic small towns,improve the infrastructure and improve the ecological balance.To further promote the construction of new urbanization in Liaoning to provide a theoretical reference.
