| This thesis study on the theory and practice for core talents in Z company, after reading a large number of domestic and foreign article about the document of the core talent management and talent incentive, this article from the following several aspects to Z company’s core talented person incentive mechanism are studied:First frontier of core talents incentive theory at home and abroad is studied, and then the incentive mechanism and the core talented person’s meaning is defined, then analyses the enterprise how to define the core talents.Then, this thesis through the way of questionnaire to the Z company core talent practice investigation and analysis, the present situation and problems of incentive mechanism based on this, puts forward the Z company on the core talent incentive problems, and analyzed the reason on these questions.Finally, based on the analysis of the characteristics of the core talented person demand, according to the best incentive combination scheme of core talented person put forward the incentive mechanism; Put forward the implementation of incentive mechanism of core talents and safeguard measures. Finally reached the conclusion:Z company should establish a set of interests as the core of differential compensation incentive mechanism, and to be supplemented by the spirit of the emotional incentive, and establish long-term incentives for growth, with affordable institutional incentives for auxiliary.
