Core talents are those who have strong working ability and professional quality in specific industries or enterprises.As an important driving force for enterprise development and progress,core talents are often characterized by abundant working experience,outstanding working ability and great contribution to enterprise development.As the most important strategic resources,core talents play a key role to the development of enterprises,therefore,in the modern enterprise human resources management,how to carry on the effective management of core talents,so as to improve the work enthusiasm of core talents,work can fully exert the core talents and intelligence,better service for the enterprise has become the top managers management one of the important problems faced in the process of the enterprise.Starting from the research problem of core talent management,this paper expounds the research background,significance and methods of core talent management.After expounding the related theories of core talent management,the theoretical foundation of core talent management is formed.After describing the current situation of core talent management in GT company,through questionnaire survey and interview research on core talent,the problems existing in core talent management in GT company are analyzed and extracted.Paper on the basis of GT company's core talent management,in selecting talents,core talent cultivation,and core used by the core talent retention four aspects,at present,the company's core talent management and human resources development and the organic combination of each link,build the GT company's core talent management system,aiming at the existing problem of GT company's core talent management,puts forward the suggestion,finally to improve the efficiency of GT company's core talent management,promote enterprise development purposes.
