In a market economy, the rapid development of modern commercial importance KA stores in the terminal sales market is increasingly highlighted, especially on FMCG major, KA store terminal for businesses to gain competitive advantage in a highly competitive business in profit and market share plays a vital role. In the fierce competition in similar products, promotion plays an important role in a variety of marketing strategies for fast moving consumer goods, in the KA stores where promotion is a universal phenomenon, this paper studies the KA stores from both theoretical and practical point of view with terminal promotional strategies related content consumer, and accordingly put forward several recommendations for optimizing learn, has important theoretical and practical significance.This paper is divided into six chapters:Chapter 1:Introduction, including background and significance, review and other domestic research; Chapter 2:Review of relevant theory, focuses on marketing strategy, competitive strategy and marketing strategy, marketing promotion strategy environmental analysis; Chapter â…¢:KA store promotional TAB status quo policy enforcement; Chapter 2:An Empirical Analysis, mainly based on theoretical analysis of the contents of the aforementioned expansion; Chapter â…¤:KA-store FMCG marketing strategy optimization recommendations; Chapter VI:summary of the full text as an ending.In this study, based on the current business environment, expand the marketing strategy of the KA stores FMCG from both theoretical and empirical, and accordingly put forward some suggestions, hoping to effectively complement the current lack of research, as well as for future research to provide some ideas or reference.
