In recent years,the retail industry has become one of the most active areas of China's economy.Traditional retail department stores,shopping centers,stores and other new development features.At the same time,the Internet breaks through the limitation of the traditional retail space and time,and creates a new retail model.With the aggravation of the competition,the domestic clothing children's clothing industry has entered the brand era,and the competition between the clothing and children's clothing brand is finally embodied in the competition of the clothing retail.Children's clothing design and development,manufacturing,marketing and other management work must be through the retail chain to carry out the test of the market,therefore,children's clothing retail clothing brand operation has become the ultimate standard of inspection work clothing clothing enterprises.Based on the related theories of promotion and promotion strategies as the theoretical basis,taking LF company as an example,the basic situation of the LF company's product positioning and promotion work to analyze the status quo,and found out the existing problems in the promotion of LF company.The comprehensive analysis of LF company in the high-end children's clothing store promotion environment(including macro environment,competitive brand,consumer behavior analysis),promotion objectives and overall planning,advertising planning,personnel promotion plan,sales promotion plan design promotion plan of LF company based on high-end children's clothing stores.At last,this paper puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of the promotion strategy,the original design of the promotion plan,the cooperation and feedback mechanism between the parts,so as to ensure the effective implementation of the promotion plan of LF company.
