Cancer is a nightmare of human beings,and its harm is increasing day by day.WHO(WHO)reported that around the world,12 million cancer patients were found every year,and 6 million of them died.On the average,17 thousand people died of cancer every day,and 1 people died of cancer every 5 minutes.The incidence of the disease in China is also not optimistic.At present,the number of cancer patients in China is 2 million 500 thousand to 3 million each year.On average,1 of the 5 deaths per person die from cancer.Malignant tumor has become the first cause of death in urban population,and the second cause of death in the countryside.Cancer will become the first killer of mankind in the new century and will become one of the largest public health problems in the world.At present,the early cancer accounts for only 10% of the first diagnosed patients in China's hospitals,and more than 90% of them lose valuable time to fight cancer.Therefore,it is urgent to improve the early detection rate of cancer.Yunnan Shangkang Sunshine is a health inspection company that provides consumers with early screening for cancer genes.Since it opened up markets in Yunnan in 2016,it has provided health checks services for many consumers and helped existing patients in Yunnan Province to change the current cancer situation,filling the industry gap for the early screening and prevention market for cancer.However,due to the lack of consumer awareness of the industry and the inability of brand promotion,leading to the development of enterprises sink into predicament.In this context,the author expects that through the research on Yunnan Shang Kang Sunshine's service strategy,it can provide direction for the future development of the enterprise.In the meanwhile,it is hoped that through this paper would promote consumer's cognitive importance of early screening for cancer genes.This paper analyzes the enterprise's external environment,internal environment,and industry competition,the specific strategies and safeguard measures for service strategy are obtained by making use of SWOT analysis.Thedirection for the company's service strategy is provided by formulating service quality strategy,customer satisfaction strategy,customer retention strategy and talent strategy,thereby facilitate the sound development of the enterprise.
