Jiaozi mountain is located in the northern part of Kunming with a distance of 165 kilomemters to Kunming city and an altitude of 4344 memters above sea level. With its shape like a sedan, Jiaozi mountain is named after sedan. In a wide variety of all kinds of landscape, snow mountain because of its scenery changes the richest feeling and stereo feeling, therefore, is one of the most valuable tourism resource, Jiaozi mountain is beautiful for its nature scenery with snow-capped top in winter time which is rare in sub-tropical area in Yunnan province. Although Jiaozi mountain is rich in tourism resources, it is underdeveloped in tourism business. Jiaozi mountain tourism products for a variety of reasons, reputation and popularity is not high, resulting in the yunnan north little-known treasure.This paper redesigns current tourism service in Jiaozi mountain in an effort to reshape and upgrade Jiaozi mountain-based travel service in order to achieve a higher customer satisfactory level as well as a good return on investment for company running this Jiaozi mountain-based travel business. The paper begins with the analyses of the current traval business performance in Jiaozi mountain and makes an-indepth discussion about the problems that the company who runs this business and the root causes that lead to those problems, On the jiaozi mountain tourism product positioning and redesign Introduced the flower in the model of services marketing theory supporting additional services.This paper repositions and redesigns Jiaozi mountain-based tourism business by introducing a number of theories from marketing and service business in terms of 4Cs theories,4Ps thoeries and the theory flower of service. One of the major repositionings of the Jiaozi mountain-based tourism business is shilfting from mass customers to Yi people, a major minority group in Yunnan province who consider Jiaozi mountain is the holy mountain and the Yi people themselves must pay a visit at least once in their lifetime. Besides the core service of Jiaozi mountain travel business determined, the theory flower of service has a much role to play in formulating facilitating services and enhancing services in this paper.Finally this paper proposes a number of way to facilitate this reshaped and repositioned Jiaozi mountain-based tourism business to run well.
