Applied Research Of Industrial Engineering For Promoting Lean Manufacturing Processes In Shen-vehicles Company

The Lean Production System is the most popular organizational form and theories of management which guide the modern manufacturing industry continuous improving. Base on the human-centredness of fundamental idea the enterprises adopt some methods to maximize their profits such as lower the labor intensity and manufacturing costs or enhance productivity. Increasing domestic enterprises include large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises realize that the Lean Production is the gateway to face the international competition. The enterprises find their own different ways to perfect Lean Production, but few enterprises practice Lean Production impeccably, most of them lack of determination so difficult to insist, or seeming implementation but duplicity, or depend on external force to lack of improving. At the beginning of conducting Lean Production, the enterprises should know firstly is how to carry forward it and implement Lean Thinking. There are various forms to conduct the Lean Production without a "standard answer" thus each enterprise practice it on their own ways. The purpose in the paper is how to carry forward Lean Production, and the paper present that the basis of enterprises implementing Lean Production is basic IE and1E is the significance components of Lean Production. The content in this paper will present that the enterprise master and use the basic IE correctly; they can realize the Lean Production as the ultimate target.
