Analysis On The Application Of Lean Production In Assembly Workshop Of DP Company

Lean production mode is a new way of production, which is the birth of the Toyota Motor Corporation in Japan after a lot of production mode. Toyota production system to completely eliminate all waste within the enterprise, in order to improve production efficiency,Through the pursuit of the perfect continuous reduction of production costs, improve quality, achieve no waste and zero inventory results, eliminate all invalid labor and waste of production targets. And the core features of multi species, small batch, high efficiency and low consumption.DP company as an bus manufacturing enterprises, in the face of intense and complicated competition environment and constantly squeezing profits from the products, in order to occupy a foothold in the market, only the external expand sales share, the streamlined production process, reduce product cost, improve process speed to meet customer demand, improve the competitiveness of enterprises. Through the introduction of lean production methods, improve the original production management mode, in a timely manner to the changing environment to make quick response, so as to maintain the advantage in the competition. This paper is based on this meaning, focusing on how the DP company to improve the competitiveness of enterprises through the introduction of lean production. In this paper, the present situation and existing problems of DP company’s assembly shop are the common problems and the improvement of the common problems in the manufacturing enterprises. This paper reviews the theory of lean production, and then analyzes the problems in the production management of DP company, and then puts forward the application and implementation of lean production in DP company.
