Aiming at the current situations and the problems which in the developing process existis, From the law of development of the tourism industry, the tourism development in rural guizhou summer stage characteristics and the necessity of the transformation and upgrading of guizhou tourism point of view, so puts forward the Guizhou province rural summer tourism need to transit to market-driven, namely development tourism need by the dominance of "demand leading" instead "administrative leading". While try to solve the low-end market of Guizhou rural summer tourism transformation from industry chain to the value chain, today Guizhou rural summer tourism is based on the basic requirements that six elements in tourism step, which haven’t risen to the level of the depth of experience, the deep development of the market needs to focus on the native culture of digging, that is need to transit from production chain to value chain. On the basis of the market segmentation for Guizhou rural summer tourism to product design; By promoting the core competitiveness of rural summer tourism, integrating related resources, promoting the integration of the industry, to achieve the expansion of the industrial chain; Through market linkage development, homogeneous market share tourists and heterogeneous market with plastic brand, etc., expanding the market of the rural summer tourism; also "demand" to improve the rural summer tourism public service suppling, to "community standard" organization tourism production, ultimate that is realization of interesting share.The map of Xifeng and Tongzi county in Guizhou province as the object of empirical study, to explore development in Guizhou rural summer tourism from the perspective of market-driven, aiming at the existing problem of map of Xifeng and Tongzi rural summer tourism, puting forward the development of Chongqing elder market products in rural summer tourism, according to the tourists need to build a complete value chain, establish the rural summer travel alliance, etc.. Expect the transformation and upgrade of the rural summer tourism in Guizhou, and provide the beneficial reference and relevance.
