Research And Evaluation Of Community Participation Mechanism In Rural Tourism

The development of rural tourism has been incorporated into the country's grand strategy to promote the development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and has received strong support from national policies.In the development of rural tourism,most of the main bodies of development and decision-making are government and foreign companies,while rural tourism and rural cultural participants,rural community residents,are not involved in the core circle of rural tourism development.To a certain extent,it has caused problems such as rural environmental damage,cultural loss,and interest disputes,affecting the harmonious development of community harmony and rural tourism.This paper believes that full community participation can fundamentally protect the rights and interests of rural community residents,improve the rural economic situation,enhance the image of rural tourism brands,and promote the sustainable development of rural tourism.Therefore,it is very important to establish a reasonable long-term mechanism for rural tourism communities to participate in the long-term mechanism through scientific analysis and judgment.Most of the researches on the rural tourism community in the academic world are qualitative.In the process of qualitative research,due to the intervention of subjective factors,lack of objectivity and accuracy,this paper uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods.From the perspective of qualitative research,this paper uses literature deduction and case study to analyze the development status of rural tourism community participation and summarize the current bottleneck.After analyzing and summarizing a large amount of literature materials,the main rural tourism community participation dominant models were selected: farmer/community-oriented,company-led,and government-led,including seven subdivision models.After summarizing on this basis,according to the model,the community participates in four major mechanisms: sharing mechanism,development mechanism,protection mechanism and supervision mechanism.From the perspective of quantitative research,this paper combines the development mechanism of qualitative research with the field research and Delphi method in Tonglu County,and uses the analytic hierarchy process to construct the evaluation system of rural tourism community development.The target level of participation includes 4 first-level indicators.The second-level indicators comprehensively evaluate the participation of rural tourism communities from the four dimensions of sharing participation,development participation,protection participation,and supervision participation.Through the questionnaire survey,the status quo of rural tourism participation in Tonglu County was evaluated.It is concluded that the current rural tourism community in Tonglu County has a total score of 75.736,and the participation degree is moderately higher.At the level of sharing participation,the development is relatively mature,and the economic development leads the overall development of rural tourism.The performance at the level of development participation is acceptable,and the level of protection participation and supervision participation needs to be improved.Finally,this paper takes Luts Village in Tonglu County as an example,and applies the results of theoretical research to the planning and mechanism design of Lutz Village in Tonglu County,and designs the overall planning layout and operation mechanism for Lutz Village.The main research results of this paper are: based on the previous research experience,the improvement of rural tourism community participation mechanism,combined with the participation mechanism to build a rural tourism community participation evaluation system to help local scientific quantitative evaluation of community participation;community participation in Tonglu County The current situation is evaluated and analyzed,and a targeted rural participation mechanism is designed for Lutz Village.It is hoped that the reference value of community participation model selection in other rural tourism in China.
