For our community to participate in the development of Eco-tourism to provide some experience to build and learn, learn draw the following conclusions:improving environmental legal system establishment of community participation in tourism development decision-making consultation mechanisms;build rural Eco-tourism income distribution system,set strict environmental responsibility, promoting environmental education system, the establishment of environmental regulatory mechanisms, improve the environmental public interest litigation system,focusing on the concept of ecological education,to seek effective links with other environmental management tools.Finally,resolve legal issues,explore the establishment of an environment conducive to the sustainable development of rural communities to participate in the legal system of rural Eco-tourism development efforts is the goal of this article. Based on the previous studies, we believe that it should improve the ecological development of rural communities to participate in the legal system and operating mechanism to protect tourism.
