Research On The Evaluation Of Residents' Participation In Rural Tourism Community

Rural tourism has become a form of tourism that has developed rapidly in China,and its emergence has driven the rural economy.The State Council also put forward policies to promote the development of rural tourism in the "13th Five-Year Plan' tourism development plan.However,while rural tourism is booming,it may be accompanied by problems such as rising local prices,reduced living space,noise pollution,and garbage piles,all of which are borne by local community residents.Community residents should receive appropriate compensation.Based on stakeholder theory,community residents are the most influential and most critical group in the development of rural tourism,so their active participation will effectively promote the sustainable development of rural tourism and increase tourism income and poverty.Based on the premise of community participation in rural tourism development,this paper analyzes its background and related research at home and abroad,using systematic analysis,literature analysis,empirical analysis,questionnaire survey,interview method and quantitative analysis method,etc.A systematic study was carried out on tourism development and community involvement.The research content can be divided into four parts.The first part is an overview of the definition of rural tourism and community participation and the theoretical basis of the article:sustainable development theory,interest theory,social exchange theory.The second part mainly introduces the community participation model and community participation degree,and makes a simple analysis of the elements of community participation.Based on the principle of the indicator system,from the perspective of rights and obligations,the rights of sharing,development and supervision Based on the obligation of protection,the index system of community participation evaluation is constructed,and the evaluation model of coefficient of variation analysis is established.The third part is an empirical study,which introduces the general situation of the case(the Shengli Village,Maoershan Town,and Zhencheng Village of Acheng District,Daowai District,Harbin),the issuance and collection of questionnaires,and the reliability analysis and descriptive analysis of the questionnaire data.Applying AHP to obtain subjective weights,applying the coefficient of variation method to obtain objective weights,and finally obtaining the evaluation value of community participation through composite weights.According to the evaluation results,the participation of the community in each case was analyzed from the factor level,the criterion level and the overall situation,and the influencing factors of the difference in community participation were analyzed.The fourth part is a strategic study to enhance community participation.According to the research results of this paper,(1)sharing participation plays a decisive role in the overall participation of rural tourism communities;(2)all three cases are in moderate participation,and the community participation of Maoershan Town is higher than The other two cases;(3)the resource endowment of the tourism destination,the tourism development stage,the operation management,the geographical difference will affect the community participation,and the quality and ability of the community residents will also determine the community participation to a certain extent.This chapter proposes strategies to improve community participation in rural tourism.First,the government guides to participate in and regulate rural tourism.The government has introduced relevant laws and regulations,and it is necessary to have laws to follow,and law enforcement must be strict,to protect the rights of community residents(sharing,development,and supervision),and to develop rural tourism.Carry out macro control.Second,to guide and drive the participation of community residents.Finally,we will absorb the power of various stakeholders,establish non-governmental organizations,and adapt to local conditions,and choose a local community participation model.The evaluation of the participation of residents in rural tourism communities helps to understand the current status,advantages and shortcomings of community participation,and the strategies proposed for the evaluation results provide new ideas for promoting rural tourism development and community participation.
