Currently, the growth rate of the global economy becomes slowly affected by America credit crisis and European debt crisis. The domestic private enterprises especially small and medium enterprises are facing of a drastic changing in the external environment. In this case, China’s private enterprises especially small and medium enterprises have to transfer their strategies in the new economic environment.The thesis introduces that Y company transfers the original strategy of cost leadership to be technology driven strategy of lean operation and the internationalization through applying of SWOT, SPACE, BCG and QSPM tools. Meantime, Y company develops a series of measurements to ensure the successful implementation of the new strategy. The research of Y company’s strategic transformation has a significant reference value for the other private enterprises strategic transformation and upgrading. |
