| 2018 is the 20 th year of China’s housing reform.Thanks to the support of the past national policies and the market environment,the real estate industry has developed rapidly.However,under the general trend of structural adjustment of China’s economic growth,the relationship between consumer demand and market supply is also changing.Moreover,with the continuous strengthening of the national macro-control of the real estate industry,the uncertainty of the traditional real estate industry’s external market is further intensified,and the business risks and survival pressures of real estate enterprises are also increasing.In this context,as a traditional real estate company,HC Holdings has also encountered bottlenecks in development.From the perspective of supply-side and demand-side,combined with relevant management theories of enterprise strategic management and business model design,the thesis analyzes the industry situation from the top-down of supply-side and the market trend from the bottom-up of demand-side.Through the research of the internal and external environment of HC Holdings,the situation of the real estate industry will be presented and the necessity of the company’s strategic transformation be illustrated.Based on the analysis of the environment and the status quo,combined with the market trend,the strategy adapted to the reality of HC’s transformation will be planed,diversified business system be schemed,strategic layout and risk prevention and control be rationally carried out,so as to help the company solve the practical problems in the strategic transformation.This thesis suggests that HC Holdings should maintain a keen sense of smell and foresight on the external environment,especially the relevant national industrial policies,and focus on the increasingly high-level “good life” needs of the people’s “education,medicine,aged-care and tourism”.On the basis of its core competencies,the company should carry out diversified strategic transformation and build a diversified business system with "real estate" as the cornerstone and "education,medical-care and tourism" as the troika,and take advantage of the situation to find a way out for the sustainable development of the company.It is hoped that the conclusions of this study will produce practical and positive effect on the transformation of HC Holdings,and also provide theoretical and empirical support for other small and medium-sized enterprises in the real estate industry in pursuit of strategic transformation. |
