In recent years, the growth speed of clothing retail enterprises in China began to decline, and in the meantime, many international luxury brands are taking back the agency, and the clothing brand agent enterprise C is faced with unprecedented challenges. In order to confront the challenges, attracting and keeping excellent talents of industry market is also very important except for integrating enterprise resources. In the present paper, the author optimizes and evaluates the salary system of enterprise C based on the related theory and review both home and abroad.Firstly, taking enterprise C as the research object, the author found the existing problems during the implementation process of the salary system through detailed investigation and research of the salary system of enterprise C. Moreover, the author optimized the salary system of enterprise C in steps based on optimization principles and thoughts of salary system.Secondly, according to the analysis and arrangement of certain review, together with the advice of experts of colleges in related areas and senior executives of enterprise C, the author chose 3 first class indicators and 11 second class indicators as evaluation index of enterprise’s salary management to build the evaluation index system of enterprise salary system. What’s more, she weighted each index assignment according to the related content of analytic hierarchy process, and further improved the evaluation index system of enterprise salary system.In the end, on the basis of the evaluation index system of enterprise salary system, the author evaluated the optimized salary system of enterprise C with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Her research provided valuable reference for both the optimization of salary system among clothing brand agency industry and reference significance to the other industries. |
