YD hotel co., LTD. Is a state-owned enterprise founded in1999, mainly engaged in hotel service industry. Now the turnover is12million yuan. With the enlargement of the scale of operation, the management of the hotel are showing its insufficiency, especially the salary administration problems, the purpose of this report is to provide improved design project for YD company’s salary administrationFirstly, the report analyzes the status quo of organizational structure and human resources, and also has an investigation on the current salary project and an analysis of its advantages and disadvantages, furthermore,studies the reasons. Then to make business strategy and salary strategy clear and make organizational structure improved to lay a good foundation for the salary system design; Next, to use the theories and methods which are applied to salary management at home and abroad at present stage to complete job analysis. After that, to establishes the job descriptions, do job assessment on the basis of job analysis and divide the salary level; Next, through the depth analysis of the collection of salary data, to understand the wages and welfare requirements; Finally, to design new salary project not only in combination with the practical situation of the company and the employees’needs, but also match the company’s business strategy; At last, to analyze the problems that may encounter in the implementation process, then make the protecting measures.The report adopts many survey methods such as questionnaire, interview method, and observation method.
