The Study Of Software Industry Competitive Intelligence Service Status And Optimization Strategy In Fujian Province

Industry competitive intelligence service is an important competitive intelligence activity to improve industrial decisions level, optimize the efficiency of industrial information resources sharing and allocation, guarantee the need of information users and improve industrial competitiveness. Regional industry competitive intelligence service plays an important role in the development of the regional industry, and to a certain extent, it determines the speed and level of development of the regional industry. In recent years, the industry competitive intelligence study in China has made a series of localized research results, and formed a certain influence. Currently, some provinces in China have built the system of regional industry competitive intelligence services, and provided regional industry competitive intelligence service. But as an important province of southeast China, Fujian’s regional industry competitive intelligence services working is in a lagging state than other provinces. It is urgent to expand the promotion work. Based on this, the paper investigates the service status and optimization strategy of Fujian software industry.Firstly, this paper analyzes the internal and external environment of competitive intelligence services of Fujian province software industry from three aspects:the external supply environment and the characteristics of user needs, the progress of software industry competitive intelligence service in Fujian province and the significance of optimization it. Secondly, this paper conducted surveys on the software industry competitive intelligence service status from demand, supply and satisfaction aspects. Thirdly, this paper points out the barriers of competitive intelligence services of Fujian province. For example, a lack of effective communication between the provider and user, the high cost of obtaining intelligence and lack of software industry professionals. Finally, this paper proposes to establish an information service system in the software industry and present some optimization strategies, including improving the government’s public information service level, strengthening the cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan.
