With knowledge economy seizing the 21 st century, and Internet technology widely applied in the world, the existence and development of enterprises no longer depends on the increment of natural resources and tangible capital accumulation, but on the utilization of the intangible knowledge, advanced technology and effective information. Employee, the "knowledge carrier", becomes the most valuable capital and the sharp weapon for enterprises to stand out in the fierce competition. Employee training, regarded as the effective method to build, develop and retain people, attracts the keen attention of enterprises. Accordingly, high importance is attached by enterprises and researchers on how to improve individual and organizational competence through increasing the training effectiveness.Development of traditional training theory has been experienced 3 stages of traditional theory, behavior science and systematic theory; training enters into a totally new stage of independent development. Modern training becomes a systematic course, and effective training system has been gradually established in terms of analyzing the training needs, making plans, defining the objective and content and evaluating the training effects. It’s undoubted that individuals will have better qualities and working abilities by means of effective training system, and improve the employee’s current and future performances in order, finally achieving the objectives of the company’s operational strategy and individual’s career development.China Mobile, Telecom, Unicom, these three communication companies are competing fiercely currently. Three enterprises from the internal organization structure adjustment to the construction of training management system, all reflect amessage, namely the core competitiveness in the future is the competition of talents. The characteristics of DY Mobile Corporation internal staff as the research object, to investigate the DY Mobile Corporation in human resources management present situation and the existence question, according to the characteristics of the talent market competition situation and local culture, the management status quo and problems, optimization of the training management system, provide the talent guarantee sustainable development for China Mobile DY company.The first chapter introduces the background and significance of the research, and expounds the functions and principles of enterprise training. The second chapter concept learning principle, staff training and training management system based on the home and abroad current research situation, the research related to the human resources training related theories are reviewed. The third chapter is to analyze the branch staff training system for China Mobile DY, the company’s existing management training mode, training idea and training system of China Mobile DY. On the China Mobile DY branch is currently training measures and problem, pointed out that China Mobile DY branch has no training pertinence, does not meet the requirements for 4G and related technology, makes the lack of correct understanding of the meaning and value of training; training results without and with the company’s HR management mechanism combined, training is not strict etc..The fourth chapter to the sixth chapter through the analysis of the existing problems in the training, the integrated optimization scheme on the staff training system of China Mobile DY, elaborates and discusses the necessity, general ideas and main scheme optimization and integration training system.
