Currently, China Mobile in upgrading its technology and market development both are facing fierce competition, this competition not only from the telecommunications industry, but also from the rapid development of the Internet. Under the new situation, new environment, Liangshan Branch of China Mobile wants to continue to maintain its leading position in the communications industry in Liangshan, employees and enterprises want to achieve the common development of the corporate philosophy, the company in addition to efforts to improve human resource management ability to attract talented employees, retain key employees, the more important is the need to have a scientific, systematic training concepts and methods of the company’s employees for effective training to enhance the ability of individual employees to build the company through staff training system, to promote the students within the enterprise power, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.Thesis in human resource management training in the theory-based, Liangshan, Sichuan branch of China Mobile employee training conditions for the study, staff training abroad under the guidance of management theory and research, the mobile branch of Liangshan existing staff training management system for analysis.
