Communication operation enterprises are the most active companies in the worldtoday, they are also the technical innovation enterprises. With the technology updatesand industry restructuring, the communication enterprises faced with conceptchanges,technology,management and sales talent shortage. Facing the continuouslyincreasing competition and customer demands, human resources become the key forthe enterprises to obtain core competitiveness, and scientific training enableenterprises to maintain long-term vitality and strong competitiveness.To ensure the quality and effectiveness of training, it is the focus forcommunication operation enterprises training to obtain the complex technical talentsthat can meet market and customer needs, the management talents with a strategicvision and understanding the communication operation, the front-line staffs withlearning ability, good sense of service and sales ability.Based on studying the previous theory, the process and content of trainingmanagement were described in this paper, the four steps of training management weresummarized, the content for each step was analyzed. Based on the developmentcourse of communication industry, the personnel needs of the communicationsindustry were analyzed, the direction of the communications industry personneltraining was proposed, that are the complex and technique talents, the complex andmanagement talents and the front-line staffs with good learning ability. From threeaspects of training operation system, training course system and training evaluationsystem, status of communication operation enterprises was analyzed in this paper, thefollowing questions were found:(1) Lack of scientific training needs analysis;(2) Lack of standard procedures of training organizations, easy to be interferedby external factors; (3) Irrational allocation for training resources, imbalance in investment;(4) Incomplete in course system, inconsistent for training courses quality andlack of concrete target in training courses;(5) Single and not science for training evaluation methods。Based on the above analysis, this paper proposes some methods to standardizethe large-scale training project management of communication enterprises throughthe introduction of project management ideas and methods, and through the empiricalresearch of the large innovative training projects of grid marketing of atelecommunications branch, the application of project management in the trainingmanagement process was discussed from the whole management process of trainingproject including the initiation, planning, implementation and control. The followingconclusions were obtained:1.training project has the characteristics of project,training management process and project management process have a intercommunity,it is feasible to apply the project management in the training management.2.applyingthe project management in the large-scale training project of enterprises has a positivemeaning, for example, the application of project management can make the trainingneeds analysis more deeply, can make the constituted training plan more systematic,can effectively improve the anti-interference ability of training plan, can make us todevelopment a more targeted training plan, and can improve the training quality andeffect. By this research, it extends the management approach of training, provides areference for the improving the training management effectiveness.
