Research On The Logistics Management Optimization In The Shaoyang Subsidiary Company Of China Mobile Communications Group

In recent years, along with the rapid development of science and technology, thetelecommunications industry has a great demand in China. Meanwhile, thegovernment enacted a series of favorable policies to stimulate the development of thetelecommunications industry. The competition of the Communication enterprisesincreases more. As “the third source of enterprises’ profit “, logistic management isthe key factor whether the Communication enterprises can win the competitiveadvantage.Therefore, the study of logistics management optimization is of importanttheoretical and practical significance to improve the competitiveness of mobilecommunication enterprises.In this paper, I firstly understand and grasp some basic theory for logisticsmanagement optimization. Secondly, I try to analyze the situation of the ShaoyangSubsidiary Company of China Mobile Communications Group, then comprehensivelystudy the problems in the logistics management. Thirdly, according to the principle ofoptimization and general ideas, I make some suggestion of the logistics managementoptimization for the Shaoyang Subsidiary Company of China MobileCommunications Group, including process optimization scheme and logisticsmanagement evaluation system optimization scheme. Finally, I show the specificimplementation steps and implementation strategies of the optimization scheme of thelogistics management optimization for the Shaoyang Subsidiary Company of ChinaMobile Communications Group.
