With the rapid development of economic globalization and network information technology, the market puts forward more requirements to enterprises, which forces enterprises to use all of their tentacles to capture and meet customers’ requirements in time. The tentacles here, certainly are the staff. However, in many enterprises of our country, a number of employee lack enthusiasm and do not fully perform their duties, which have become bottleneck problems of enterprises. Therefore, for sustainable development of enterprises, it is extremely necessary to offer a solution in both theory and practice.The paper innovatively proposed the model of JYT on line. Through substituting goal, self-discipline and support for task, obedience, and control, this model creates an energetic and stressful environment that can inspire and support the employee’s initiative, and then transforms the passive workers to active operators. Besides inspiring the employee’s intrinsic motivation, this model also develops employee’s ability of self-discipline to ensure the performance of responsibilities.The paper is divided into six chapters and mainly adopts methods of field research and case study. In October of 2013, A company, a telecom operator, has introduced the model of JYT online, and the test run phase started in May of 2015. The author fully participated in the whole phases of design and implementation. Basing on the actual case of A company, the paper elaborates the whole idea and construction process of the model of JYT online.There are two key mechanisms in the model of JYT online. One is about performance management reflecting value orientation, and another is about process management. The former mechanism minimizes the granularity of assessment, embodies the value orientation of incentive, trains the staffs cost thinking, and implements the timely and accurate feedback of individual performance. The latter mechanism, through showing employee’s key activities online, makes up for the lack of process management in traditional management. It realizes the PDCA closed-loop management of duties of employees. In addition, the online information platform of enterprises is the important guarantee of these two mechanisms.The paper argues that the model of JYT online offers an effective and feasible solution to the widespread problems about employee’s motivation and fulfillment of post responsibility. This model is not enough, of course, complete and perfect. While A company has obtained certain effect, the representative is limited. It needs to be broadly verified and gets further development in the future.
