Green Management Process Design Based On ETOM In Telecom Operation Environment

Green management is a new development area of modern enterprise management concepts, it is the important business idea of enterprises adapting to the needs of economic and social sustainable development. As the rapid development of telecom companies in recent years, the energy consumption is growing rapidly. Green management has become the urgent need for sustainable development. The major domestic telecom operators have been gradually put the green energy into the business operations strategy, and had some success during some energy saving measures. But looking at the case of the major telecom operators, green management is still at an early stage of exploration, companies do not have clear guidance, and the green management process system is not perfect. In this context, this article designs green management process system of telecom operators.Firstly, through the overview of green management theory and corporate practices, combined the characteristics of telecom operators, this article summarized the green management system for telecom operators, and emphasized the important position of green management process, designed the framework of green management process.Secondly, this article introduced the eTOM model to design process based on the green management process framework. The eTOM model is a general process management model for telecom operators, has been used in domestic and foreign telecom operators. With the help of eTOM model, this article gives a fully comb of the green management process for telecom operators, design the green management process in both guiding layer and operations layer, then gives the design idea of organizational structure and assessment methods of process.Finally, this article uses a domestic provincial telecom operators as the research object, gives the application and effect analysis using the green management processes based on eTOM model.
