Research On Big Data Application Management System Diagnosis And Optimization In H Telecom Operator

With the further developm ent of cloud co mputing, mobile Internet and Internet of things, the global data ha ve the explosive growth. Big data, as one of the m ain stream, is not only m aking a trem endous im pact on the enterprise operation management, m arketing and business proces ses, but also changing the way of enterprise decision. The m assive internal da ta of enterprise business and customer behavior have a huge hidden value, if the company is able to make the best use of big data, it cou Id stay one step of th e com petition in th e m arket. But the b ig da ta management system and processing tec hnology are m uch too com plex, so how to effectively carry out the big data management and analysis have become the problems to be solved in a company.Telecom operators, as the basis operators, have a m assive data of the custom er communication and network in teraction in the ir own communication network, the business and operation management systems also run a massive customer service and business operation data, so the telecom operators have their own congenital advantage of big data operation. B ut becau se the big data operation started late, the telecom operators which are running in the traditiona 1 operation mode lack the experience of big data m anagement and application, so th e current traditional big data application management system which has no longer meet the operation requirements of big data, is facing many problem s. Therefore, how to optim ize the big data application management system is an im portant resear ch topic of operators for enhancing the company’s big data management and decision support ability.This paper has chosen the HZ branch which is under the H telecom operator as the research object. Through a questionnaire survey, interviews and observation methods, the paper has deeply diagnosed th e status of the big data application management from four aspects including the organizational structure, big data quality management, big data security m anagement and big data analysis service, and summed up the existing problems. Finally, according to the problems associated with the diagnosis and the big data theory, the paper has proposed the specific optimization solution, in order to provide certain refere nces for the sm ooth implementation of the optimization solution.This paper is divided into four chapte rs, Chapter One is the introduction, which mainly describes the background and significance of the research, and big data theory; Chapter T wo is to in troduce the general situation of H telecom operato r, an d describe the application m anagement system of big data cur rently; Chapter Three, is to diagnose the big data application m anagement system through questionnaires, interviews and other methods, and summarize the existing problems; Chapter Four, is to propose the specif ic optim ization solution from four aspects including the organizational structure, big data quality management, big data security management and big data analysis service; finally, the last chapte r sum up the res ult of the research.
