Large number of population in our country’s agriculture, promote the farmers increase production, improve agricultural production efficiency and optimize the agricultural industrial structure is imperative.In recent years, China’s rapid development of the third industry, in which the productive service industry as the most development potential of the third industry of its development is also the most quickly. Productive service industry has the vital significance to the development of national economy, because China is an agricultural country, agriculture of our country’s national economy is irreplaceable important role in other industries, so it is necessary to research the productive service industry spillover effects on agriculture.In order to speed up the agricultural road with Chinese characteristics, we should accelerate the development of production services, improve the quality of the laborers, the increase of the investment in science and technology and raise the level of agricultural mechanization of agriculture, promote the socialization and specialization of production, in order to realize maximize the benefit of modern service industry spillover.By studying the agricultural productive service industry spillover effects on agriculture, helps the optimization and upgrade of agricultural structure, agricultural economic development model transformation, the liberation of rural surplus labor and improve the level of urbanization in our country, to our country the sustainable, healthy and orderly development of agriculture is of great significance. Therefore, this article has carried on the elaboration from two aspects of qualitative and quantitative.First of all, using time series data in 1999-2012 national as analysis data, the model was established based on time series data, to the agricultural producer services for the existence of the spillover effect of agriculture inspection, secondly, using VAR model, impulse response function and variance decomposition analysis to measure the contribution of agricultural productive services for agricultural output, and then further analysis using the grey correlation model of agricultural producer services mainly segmentation industry and agricultural output correlation.Analysis results show that in the long run, the agricultural producer services to agriculture spillover effect is exact, the development of agricultural producer services help and its spillover effect on agriculture. At the same time, the specialization of social division of labor is more and more, this is the agricultural producer services spillover effects on the agricultural development of the source of power. This paper argues that agricultural science and technology level, workers’ skills for production, agricultural infrastructure and agricultural mechanization level to a great extent, promote the social division of labor and specialization of production, is the main overflow channel of agricultural producer services.The innovation of this article is in the inspection of producer services and agriculture on the basis of the causal relationship, and then through the method of grey correlation analysis of agricultural producer services mainly segment correlation of industry and agriculture. Although deficiency is the method of using different demonstrates the influence of agricultural producer services for agriculture and overflow channel, but not to measure the efficiency of overflow.
